Modi seeks people’s support from enemies, launches scathing attack on UP govt

Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh): Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a direct attack on the ruling Samajwadi Party over the law and order situation in the state on Sunday.

Prime Minister urged the people to elect a government that will ensure their safety

Addressing a huge election rally here, Prime Minister Modi said, “the Supreme Court had to intervene to get the FIR registered against Gayatri Prasad Prajapati. ‘Goonda raj’ is prevailing all over UP and police stations have become Samajwadi Party office.”

He said this while referring to the Bulandshahr gang rape case, in which the UP police had delayed in filing an FIR against the culprits and also against tainted minister Gayatri Prasad Prajapati in connection with an alleged rape charges about which the Apex Court took cognisance and order the state police to registered an FIR against the minister.

Prime Minister urged the people to elect a government that will ensure their safety.

He also claimed that Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav has “accepted that he has lost the game” as the BJP’s victory in the state+ was a certainty.

“The glow has disappeared from Akhilesh Yadav’s face, his voice has become feeble, he is afraid and looking for right words while talking to media,” prime minister jibed.

Referring to his decision of demonetisation and other policy changes for the benefit of masses, Modi said, “I know that I have made a number of enemies now my safety lies in your all hands. Will you all save me,” asked and pat came the reply in chorus from the massive crowd “Yes”.
