Srinagar: Hours after two terrorists including top Hizbul commander were killed by security forces in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday, terrorists gunned down three boys in Old Town of Baramulla district in the evening.
According to a senior police, security personnel rushed to the spot in north Kashmir’s Baramulla where the incident tool place.
Director General of Police SP Vaid confirmed that three boys were killed in the firing by terrorists in Old Town of Baramulla.
The police said that the boys were on their way to Khanpora in Old Town when the terrorists fired nearly 15 rounds at them.
The three were killed on the spot and the deceased have been identified as Asif Ahmad Sheikh, Haseeb Ahmad Khan and Mohmmad Asgar.
It may be mentioned here that the young boys had no affiliation with any political outfit.
Meanwhile, search operations were on to nab or neutralise the terrorists responsible for the ghastly act.
