Jammu: Suspected terrorists lobbed grenade at the bus stand area here injuring at least two police personnel.

Similar attack was reported from Srinagar as well where terrorists lobbed grenade at a CRPF camp but furtunately no one ws injured, said a police official.
Confirming the report, Jammu Senior Superintendent of Police Vivek Gupta said that there was a grenade attack by terrorists in the bus stand area on Thursday night.
The police official said that two police personnel were injured in the attack and were immediately shifted to a hospital where their condition is stated to be stable.
Immediatly after the attck, the security forces swung into action and cordonned off the entire area.
Till reports last came in, searches were on to nab the terrorists responsible for the attack.
On the other hand, in Srinagar also, terrorists hurled a grenade towards the CRPF camp but there was no loss of life, said a police official.
He said that the terrorists lobbed a grenade on the CRPF camp at Braripora in Nawakadal area of the Srinagar city.
Security forces have launched a search operation in the area to nab the terrorists responsible for the act, added the police official.
