New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday moved a court here for a non-bailable warrant against businessman Ratul Puri, who is under the scanner for allegedly receiving kickbacks in AgustaWestland deal through his companies.

The development came a day after a special CBI court on Tuesday dismissed the anticipatory bail plea moved by Puri, the nephew of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath, in a money laundering case related to the deal for VIP helicopters.

It may be mentioned here that Puri has not been responding to ED notices for appearance.
