Jammu: Violating the ceasefire, the Pakistani army on Tuesday fired rockets at Indian Army positions at the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district.

According to Defence Ministry spokesman Lt Col Devender Anand, the Pakistan Army violated the bilateral ceasefire in Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch around 10.30 am.
“Pakistanis … fired rockets,” the spokesman said. “No casualty or damage has been reported on our side,” said the defence spokesman.
Sources said that the said ceasefire violation was intended to push terrorists sitting at the launch pads across the LoC by diverting the attention of the Indian Army.
