Jaipur: Can there be anything more scary than the sighting of a wild feline on a road-side. This was exactly what several people undertaking a road journey had encountered on a national highway in Rajasthan.

According to reports, people had a scary sight of a leopard sitting atop a rock on the NH-11 on Thursday “Though the leopard in question did not attack anyone, the mere sighting of a wild leopard sent shivers down the spine of the traveler and passer-by,” admitted a forest official.
He said that the leopard in question was a female that remains in a territory between Jhalana forest and Amagarh forest block on Jaipur-Agra highway. “It seldom strays out of the forest and may have probably come out in search of a prey,” claimed the forest official.
