Srinagar: Yet another incident of terrorists going after individual who refused to toe their line came to light on Monday when terrorists abducted and killed a civilian in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
According to a police official here on Monday, terrorists on Sunday night barged into the house of one Gulzar Ahmad, a resident of Murran village in Pulwama district and abducted him.
On Monday morning, the bullet riddled body of Gulzar was recovered from nearby fields, said the police official.
The police official said that the initial investigation has suggested that Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists Zahoor Thokar and Showkat Dar-led group were involved in the abduction and killing of Gulzar.
He said that further investigations were in progress.
