Srinagar: Terrorists shot and critically injured a BJP activist here on Sunday, police said.
A seior police official said that terrorists fired at Zubair Majeed Parray in Aluchibagh area, leaving him critically injured.
“He sustained abdominal injuries and was immediately shifted to hospital,” said the police official.
He said that prior to joining the BJP, Parray was a police constable.
Meanwhile, the security forces have launched a manhunt to nab or neutralise the terrorists responsible for the attack.
