Two terrorist involved in killing of Kashmir BJP leader killed in encounter
Srinagar: Two terrorists including the one involved in the killing of BJP leader Waseem Bari, was neutralised in a encounter with security forces in the Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Large quantity of arms, ammunition besides incriminating material has been recovered by the security forces
The encounter took place after a joint team of the police and the army cordoned off the area and launched a search operation on the basis of specific information about the presence of terrorists in Watnira area in of Bandipora district.
“Killer of BJP leader late Waseem Bari, his father and brother killed in the encounter. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Zone Police said in a tweet. Incriminating materials including arms and ammunition recovered, the Jammu and Kashmir Police tweeted.
Large quantity of arms, ammunition besides incriminating material has been recovered by the security forces from the encounter site, said an official.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Waseem Bari along with his brother and father were shot dead by motorcycle borne terrorists at Bandipora on July 8, 2020.
